30 day mortality after hospital admission with concrete diagnosis - percentage of patients (age 15 + ) died within 30 days of the admission date.

-admission based 30 day mortality - number of deaths in the same hospital that occurred within 30 days of the admission date;
-patient based 30 day mortality - number of deaths in hospital and out of hospital that occurred within 30 days of the admission date.

There are included the last admission in the specified year for each patient admitted to hospital for acute non-elective (urgent) care from 1 January to 31 December in the specified year. Age of patients: 15+ Death case attributed to last hospital of discharge. Cases of one day admissions (one date of admission and discharge) are excluded.
